This song composed by Stevie Wonder has the best groove and feel. The melody is so soothing that all you have to do is sit back, relax, and not worry about a thing. Michaels voice just adds that extra sweetness to the mix that makes this song great. Enjoy!

No it’s not Sunday and this isn’t a new clip (unless as we always talk about here if you’ve never seen it it’s new to you) but when you see/hear music and you happen to involve yourself with a movement (not just a blog, yeah I said it) called Grown Folks Music what do you do? Post. Plain and simple. Now could someone please remind me what all that hubbub was about concerning Esperanza Spalding and the Grammys back in February? Exactly. Popularity lasts for fifteen minutes, true artistry is eternal.

So a couple things right of the bat… this performance has been on repeat for me for a couple of days. One reason is that “I Can’t Help It” may rank in my top five songs of all time, because quite frankly it is a masterpiece rhythmically, harmonically, melodically, lyrically period.
